Marketing area referring to all possible forms of content that are linked in a paid way, through publication or distribution, in channels or means of third parties.
Shared Media
The marketing area referring to the strong technological influence that has been increasing space within the Marketing and Communication departments, this is the only area where the managers do not have any control power. Who controls are the users, the potential consumers of the brand and that may or may not be in line with the message and vision of it.
Earned Media
Marketing area referring to all possible forms of content that are linked in an unpaid way, through publication or distribution, in channels or means of third parties.
Owned Media
The brand maximum authority area, because it is here that all the work developed by the Marketing and Communication departments is really mirrored, through the continuous production of offline and online marketing support content and channels, that allow not only the same departments to develop its mission, as well as to equip other departments such as pre-sales and commercial, financial, human resources, customer support and general administration.
